Elkhorn and Marysville Gas Station is Back on the Board

Elkhorn and Marysville Gas Station is Back on the Board

On June 16th, Gutrtej Gill of Rio Linda Holdings, LLC., and JTS Engineering Consultants submitted plans to Sacramento County planning for a new gas station and car wash to be located at the southwest corner of Elkhorn Blvd and Marysville Blvd.

The developers are asking for a General Plan Amendment, Community Plan Amendment, Rezone, Use Permit, and Design Review to rezone an AR-2 property to LC.

When (if) completed, this would be the first gas station between Highway 99 and Marysville Blvd.

The current parcel is located on the SW side of Elkhorn and is zoned agricultural/residential. The proposed gas station will have a Fuel island with a canopy, a general store, and a car wash. Sidewalks and a pedestrian connection will be constructed on both Marysville and Elkhorn.

The owner/developer has an early workshop (possibly through CPAC) and will be reaching out to nearby neighbors.

It was previously understood that this would be an ARCO station, but currently, no fuel/oil affiliation has been indicated.
