Kay L. Dines was born November 11, 1938, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. At the age of 83, on July 16, 2022, Kay went to join the Lord and her beloved husband.

Kay was extraordinary, kind-hearted, a pillar of Christian values, and strength to family and friends. Kay will be greatly missed by her loving family.

Mrs. Dines was a resident of Rio Linda.
